I'm off to the gym and since I don't eat breakfast I've just had a 'special K' bar with 90j or something energy in it. Is that alot for a little bar and an hours workout or not?
Also, when i'm working out, if my heart rate is between 100-150 thats fat burning and if my heart rate is over 150 thats cardiovascular. Is that right?
As you can see i'm new to the gym!
Want to get your heart rate at 160-170 for cardio, I like to warm up and do lots in shorter time rather than gradual running.
And who the hell walks on the treadmills?
What a waste of time and money.
The last one had great Chinese tea, I've been meaning to get hold of some for ages.
Sadly none of my friends like it as much as I do.
I should ditch them for people who like cheaper meals out.
Me and my friend used to go there all the time for a bottle of wine, noodles and a chat.
So when I go back home I always get that as a take away.
[edit] I fancy noodle bar now, I might make EB take me there on Saturday
> I don't like the tread mills in the gym so I've decided to do stretches at home, then walk to the gym as a little work out. Good eh?
So the gym is just a sort of turnaround point, then?
I'd use a newsagents or something.
Musta been a long day, what with ur bad spelling and bad jokes
*sighs*
