I know I've been a main culprit of this, and I really shouldn't be the one to speak, but this is getting out of hand. Some intelligent newbies have been appearing over the past month, and they are still being treated like cheatguru. I've got nothing against people taking the mick out of people like that, I mean they're disabled, and can't fight back, but this is silly. These newbies really ARE human, and it's not nice.

It's unfortunate really that we have popped so many of the original threads.
Basically the threads all had 1 message in each and they were by people called "Bob" and suchlike.

yeah i am a newbie, on other mesasge boards on the net i'm a regular and, as is customary, i and fellow regulars take the mickey out of newbies. its a laugh, and it helps separate the "kiddies" from the "generaly alright posters".
(i use these terms loosely by the way)

About five, Batistuta. It grew to about twenty, and remained at about 15 regs, and about 5 revolving newbies. No, not spinning, changing.

Otherwise I'll have to be "Defender of the Newbies" and "Return of the Defender of the Newbies" and "Defender of the Newbies, the sequel"
And that WOULD get on your nerves wouldn't it.
(But unlike Grix I do not differentiate much between intelligent Newbies and thick ones. We want them all!)
