I know I've been a main culprit of this, and I really shouldn't be the one to speak, but this is getting out of hand. Some intelligent newbies have been appearing over the past month, and they are still being treated like cheatguru. I've got nothing against people taking the mick out of people like that, I mean they're disabled, and can't fight back, but this is silly. These newbies really ARE human, and it's not nice.
Before being judged by one or more of the Notables...
Wherein they may be black balled or accepted into this unholy covern...
(I pity the fool who gets judged by Sniper)

I remember the day it first appeared, already about three newbies were asking what they needed to do to become a regualr so there you go!
I have ze good memory (dodgy french accent)
EVERYBODY would pester for it and then they would work it out from the postings stats.
Still, I'll admit that some certain newbies have asked for it but classing the problem as newbies caused innocent ones to get blamed a bit and started this "quickly post 350 topics to become a regular"
I think that the system is alright but Tony shouldn't have told us how it works.
It encourages spamming!
I think grix ate something bad to say that though, maybe to much cheese!

LOL! Thats funny!
> If somehow Tony, you could get the database to order the topics in the order in which they were created, BUT NOT as an alternative, IE a choice thing, then all the old topics will be found easily.
Good Idea
I'll place it up there with "find the last post made by this newbie so that I can prod him" ("Chase" Link)
What made me think really, was when I looked at my first ever post, the other day. I compared it to the post of another newbie on here now. No difference in spelling, grammer, content... both complete crap.
Since then, I've found the enter key. So time does make a difference, and we're not giving them a chance. This two FOG's thing was to spread the newbies, so it wouldn't be so much of a pain. It's worked for me, but not many people are giving it a chance.
