The frame stutter isn't too bad when you're on foot but in the driving sections it can be rather annoying.
I keep getting a blue screen and my computer restarting when i play. Its a bit annoying.
This week. Check Steam and the News section where they have officially announced they are looking into it and a patch will be due very soon. There was a part update for the issue earlier today where they added files that were incredibly missed when the game was released.
Still audio and frame stutter which is why they are looking into a definitive fix.
