May have been done before, and probably has, but it doesn't take long:

"Your sleep is fairly well optimised, scoring 73 %.

You said you sometimes have a problem with sleep though you are not very sleepy during the day, which means your body is probably getting the sleep it needs. Quality of sleep is more important than quantity. There's room to improve your score."

The only problem I really have with sleeping is once I get up I can't go back to sleep. :(

Your sleep is fairly well optimised, scoring 65 %.

Doesn't particularly suprise me, I don't tend to go to bed very early.

Indeed. when asking what shift pattern you work, it had no 'Early' option.

I wouldn't consider a 5/6:00 start a normal day shift.

Bit of a narrow range of questions.

I got 93%, but my problem is that I feel like I'm the lightest sleeper in the world - any kind of noise wakes me up.

'You are an "Owl"'

You don't say! I hate everyone with a passion for the first 30 minutes of my day.
