We've made lots of changes to our Product Search facility.
As most of you will remember we had a very successful Gameaday competition on this a few months ago which was won by Meka_Dragon.
Now that most of the suggested changes have been implimented I would like us to do it again.
This one closes on June 7th
The prize will go to the person who finds the MOST VALID PROBLEMS across our WHOLE PRODUCT RANGE in the SEARCH FACILITY.
If you think you should be able to search on "Horror Movies", but nothing comes up, then add it to your list.
If you think people will mis-spell gran turismo, then add that too - but test it first.
Use short lists if possible but multiple posts will count together. i.e. all your posts on this subject will add up and count towards the prize.
I recommend you read the details of our searching process which you can click to from a link at Site Map. Basically we use the start of a word, so a search on "thunder" will find "thunderball". If several words are combined it must find all.

The red link with a number is a rough guide to how many posts have been posted today.

Maybe in the information for a product you should add "Special Offer" where they apply, "Red Splat Saver", and "Bargain" so people can search for products on special offer.
And also on the special offer page I think you should also include a pop up list of all the current offers with products and prices so people can have a quick look at whats cheap. No its not relevant but I think you should.
Also maybe you should include characters in films/games such as "Luke Skywalker". If you search for this you get all Star Wars related products - just another idea.
I'm also confused at the top of the screen near the search box. The links (1255) and it links to ukdiscussions and I just have no idea what that link is about.
I'm struggling to find anything else so it must be pretty good.

one thing when you are on the ukdiscussions homepage you can click on wwf(open forum) for example and it wont take you to the wwfen forum) it will take you to the list of all the game forums, so what the point in havin all the little shortcuts?
