Remember a while back we offered an EXTRA GAMEADAY prize for promotional suggestions. Anyone who suggested an idea which we actually use within three months wins a prize.

Monkey_with_Attitude has already been given one prize for his suggestion of community spirit in e-mails.

There are now three further prizes in this competition.

1. Monkey_with_Attitude
E-mail a friend links in discussions etc.

2. Fantasy Meister
Gameaday leaflets or stickers on products we sell, especially in the shops.

3. Monkey_with_Attitude
Prompt people to bookmark or place our sites on home pages.

By the way - It's no good searching for the promotional thread. We deleted it so that our competitors can't get their sweaty mits on it.

There may of course still be other winners to this as every suggestion which is used within three months will win a prize.

You should have this thing which tells people if the've won a gameaday prize by whenever they put in a new post it alerts them about it!


OR!, You could get this thing which allows other people to grab prizes which other people haven't claimed for 2 weeks!

What about having little picture symbols when you type in certain key combinations like on MSN Messenger. For example, when you type :) a small smiley face appears instead. This would really brighten up the discussion forums as the :) and :( (and so on) are really boring!

Why not, have a section where you can buy all the classic games like SETTLERS 1 or even ALBION. This would be a good idea for also older gamers might want to play the classics.
People who have these games would also be able to write reviews or type in cheats for them.

Why not sell music CD's that are currently in the charts. You sell DVD's and mobiles so why not music CD's. Its a big market for these. That would allow us customers to buy our games and music at the same time from a reliable source.

Maybe join up to SplashPlastic then more people would shop here but it would have to be advertised round the site...

What about when you are searching for a product. Why not have prices from other companies showing how much people are saving when they buy from special reserve. Or offering people extra credit or money of there next purchase if they buy from special reserve and within a couple of weeks the price gets reduced.

Maybe add a 'hot rumours' section so people can check all the latest rumours without having to wade through oodles of different threads. Have a weekly/monthly rumour mill or something where you could have a top ten current rumours, like 'i heard sony are going to make the ps2 capable of making omlettes'... maybe.. ahem.

Maybe when you open a discussion thread there could be a 'search for items matching this thread' option where you could search the site for the words included in the title of a thread. So, for example if there was a thread called 'i love hogs of war!' you could find out what hogs of war actually was easily.

how about having a 'used' section or a second hand section, coz not many shops take in guns or controllers, and then give credit or money off towards that persons next purchase?
