I recall the F-Word being the first thing that came to mind followed by an actual shouting of, "I thought it was the fifteenth..."
Evidently not - the eleventh - and another tutor says I've only got three days inwhich to do it. So I head up to the open-access ICT suite and get cracking with the help of my friend Danielle who'd already started her's. She got me started and I've successfully completed the section about myself - that's right, I've completed the easiest bit.
Still at it, right now, at home... No clues as to which university is for me, no idea what my last boss' name was, not knowing what chance I have of even succeeding. Deadline or not, a rude ICT staff member approached me earlier today and said, "Well, you've no chance of getting into university at this rate." Cheers for that - you really boosted my confidence...

You confuse me when you go on about school. Are you in school or college?

You usually put your lowest offer (sayy BBB or BBC or whatever) as your insurance choice (unless of course you get your lowest offer from your 1st choice like me). If you don't make that then you've got to go through clearing, and if that doesn't work, then re-apply next year.
Sometimes your university will take you even if you don't quite make the grades, but usually its only if they have spare places or if they REALLY liked you.
Then he improved for "The College Years"...
Then he went straight back downhill in *shudders* "The New Class".

Saved by the Bell is always the thing to go by.
Damn, I loved Screech.

I applied for a scholarship through my dads work who offer one to employees children annually (as it's a no-strings attached thing).
They want me to take an SAT before I go (It's an American company, so they do SATs in thier final year - if Saved By The Bell is anything to go by).
Anyway, I'm Scottish, we don't do tests before our SG's (Your GCSEs, but better :-P)
[EDIT] I've got an undownloadable PDF of 2004.

Why d'you want to take a SAT? You mean those things you take before AS or GCSE or whatever?

I can go through clearing if I don't make the conditions.
Clearing is where you like, phone around universities who have spare places on courses and see if they want you.
