Today, we were sat idly in the theatre awaiting our lecture, and the tutor comes in and announces that the closing date for UCAS applications is the eleventh.

I recall the F-Word being the first thing that came to mind followed by an actual shouting of, "I thought it was the fifteenth..."

Evidently not - the eleventh - and another tutor says I've only got three days inwhich to do it. So I head up to the open-access ICT suite and get cracking with the help of my friend Danielle who'd already started her's. She got me started and I've successfully completed the section about myself - that's right, I've completed the easiest bit.

Still at it, right now, at home... No clues as to which university is for me, no idea what my last boss' name was, not knowing what chance I have of even succeeding. Deadline or not, a rude ICT staff member approached me earlier today and said, "Well, you've no chance of getting into university at this rate." Cheers for that - you really boosted my confidence...

I'm guessing Trout went there. I was well annoyed when I found out that my change from Media - Anthropology = no Keele. It was my first choice. Blurgh, a campus Uni is just what I wanted. I suppose Sussex will have to do.

Just a few minutes. It's the closest town to Keele.

Keele may be in the middle of nowhere, but because almost everyone is on campus the social life is pretty thriving. It's only a short bus ride away from Stoke.

My brother went there.

m Keele looks nice. I would have loved to have gone there except they don't offer anthroplogy.

I got an offer for, basically, one C from Lampeter today. They offered me an interview, I said no, crossing out the words on the reply slip so that it said "I will not ----- attend", and then they give me an offer of 260 UCAS points without interview. I already have 180. Insurance choice here we come!

And if you think Keele is in the middle of nowhere, look up Lampeter.
