At what point did screaming "i'm the only gay in the village" make for hilarious viewing? pure bull.
the only thing in little britain i ever at anypoint found amusing was the pikey girl. It was related well to real life and was done pretty well and was amusing the first time you saw it, maybe even the second time. But after that its limited comical value was worn out.
I appreciate that the BBC feels obliged to waste as much of the licence fee as it humanly can, and that bigging up little britain in some way seems to justify the existence of BBC 3, but lets be honest it is bullcrap of the highest order.
I am more than happy to watch mindless crap, low budget productions, hardly any subject is taboo with me, I am a pisshead student for godsake! but this has to be the most over rated programme in the history of television, not clever, not witty, and shitte. those awards better not have been voted for, otherwise this country is in a worse state than i thought (and i am an optimist!)
Feel the bad vibes and tetchiness.

I'm sticking to my opinion here Light. I've always said it wasn't funny, and that's not going to change. It's not Lucas and Walliams either, I really like them. It's the material, and the way the BBC championed it on BBC3 as a cult comedy, before changing their mind and dumbing it down for mainstream viewers. but I don;t care, if it's funny, it's funny. It isn't. To me. ME.

*shrug* You said nothing of the sort at the time even when I challenged you. Sorry if I got the wrong impression.

My god, it was a joke.

That figure was exagerated, I will say. all I'm trying to say is that most of the black youths that I have met I truly dislike. I'm not tarring everyone with the same brush - it's just my experience. I don't hate them because of the colour of their skin, I hate their attitude, see?
For example, there is a group of them in my college and every so often, they get their camera phones out and one of the group goes and finds somebody sat on their own. They then proceed to smack this poor kid about whilst they film it. How nice.

Aye, he's a bigot. I posted a little while back recommending "Asian Dub Foundation" and his reply was "If it's asian music, I'm not going to listen to it"
[edit] "If they're Asian, there's no chance I'm listening to them."

Sorry, did I miss something here? Where did that come from? Do you know 90% of the black youth population? How could you possibly make that assumption?
I think you've based your opinion on a stereotype.
