Well there already seems to be quite a few Half-Life 2 threads cluttering up the PC Forum and I have no idea how many more will be made after the game gets released. So, I made this thread which can be used to talk about everything that is Half-Life 2 related and I hope you will all use it instead of making a thread for every problem/query you have.
So if you have any questions, links, general info about the game or you need help after its release tommorow, please use this thread :)

And stupidest. Why would anyone need a keyboard made for games, when the games are made for the normal keyboards?

It's like trying to play a PS2 with a SNES controller.

I was just getting to the mousemats. But I fell asleep, may add that bit later!

I think Lipe drifted off a bit there, but yes Gwizz, you'll be able to run Half Life 2.

Unlike Doom 3, HL2 can run pretty well on lower spec machines, so if you managed to get Doom 3 running at a decent enough framerate, you'll not have any problems with HL2.

Is Doom3 harder to run then Half life 2? I just got Doom3 to run on my pc (whichb is a bit pants really)...(64mb intel graphics and all that). It was just the demo but it worked! everything was on low mind and other bits were switched off, but I could have the bump mapping on (yay). It was a bit slow when walking around, then went a bit jumpy when things were happening but it wasent unplayerble at all + I did think it looked all that bad, and anyway I didnt care as it was working. So to the point, if I could run Doom3, then Half life 2 would be fine right....?

Been playing against the wrong people then! Can't remember the name of the clan, but they were using a hell of a lot of team tactics and my ragtag terrorist band were devestated. I can hold my own usually, but this was "on, wait a few seconds, enemy grenade, enemy headshot, damn, wait for next round" Repeat to fade. :)
