Thinking of picking up a cheap PS2 and a copy of a Final Fantasy game.
Where would you recommend I get a secondhand PS2 from (preferably a place that gives a few months guarantee)?
Which final Fantasy should I start with?
But also I need to know about the presentation of the games as at the moment cacky japanese music really doesn't appeal to me. There's not to much singing in them is there? And there aren't to many squeaky characters that I can't immediately push off a cliff.... hopefully?
What's good and what sucks?

3 as in the proper sequence of the games, not 3 as in the western version which is actually FF6

Hehe, i'll admit i'm a total fanboy when it comes to RPG's (if they're turn based or strategy anyway, i loathe action ones) there's not many i hate.
Meh, got it for a tenner, I still suck at it.

Well i've got Origins so i've bascially got Dawn of Souls and don't mention that god awful name in my presence. That horrible Tactics Advance is a pox on the name of FF Tactics. Also i think as good a reason as any why FF7 should never be touched.
