Well, its basic science, the good bacteria will fight the bad bacteria(that is causing the pain) and thereby easing/stoping the pain.

My parent's don't let me off with things like that. I have to actually look sick or they make me go. The paracetamol trick seemed like a good way of doing it, but now I feel like ass :' {.
