Has anyone here got Gmail. Is it any good, and (Be Honest) has anyone sold any of the invites?
Is it true that Invites have been stopped given out?

I was going to give Gmail a shot, but now that Hotmail have increased their inbox space to 250MB, plus added virus scanning for incoming and outgoing mail, I'm happy with what I've got. I can't see Gmail being able to offer me anything else, so I didn't bother using my invite.

A decent username?

I was lucky to get a good 5 letter hotmail address with no numbers, but Gmail has given me a great username.

It's a song, it's my name...

I'm still on 2meg for hotmail :(, GMail does have some good features like the small preview of the email, you can spot spam so easily especialy with spammers attempting to trick people know with commonly used subjects.

I might give yahoo a go and delete my current hotmail account as I've heard it's better obviously that isn't so hard to achieve it seems.

To late I'm afraid, I gave it back to the mod who issued it to me. I thought it better to let someone else use it that waste it.

That was a possibility that I didn't think off (but a good one), but my hotmail one is just my name, easy to remember.

Yahoo doesn't appear any better than Hotmail to me. I had an account with Yahoo for a while, but let it die. I recently logged back in to fetch an email someone sent there, and it didn't seem all that grand.

I would be, but the level of spam is unbelievable. Even with the filters enabled, too much gets through.

I've recently got a UK2.net account and haven't had any spam at all yet.
