Watchin Blade again today, has some nasty bits in it. In particular, skeletons climbing out of people's mouths, people blowing up, people's head blowing up and someone gettin their face pushed into the side of a moving train. Oh, and the burnt crispy guy.
No movie scene has disturbed me really.
Freddy VS Jason was excellent as long as you're not expecting anything intelligent. If you take it for what it is then you should enjoy it, helps to be a fan of both series of films as well.

Kakihara torturing Suzuki in Ichi the Killer was pretty gruesome.
Quite a bit of 8MM really disturbed me and has corrupted my soul. But that had to happen sometime.
More eye gouging in 28 Days Later... gross.
The 'Eye gouging' in Kill Bill 2 was also kinda rough.
