Apparently Liverpool are going to make a £10 million bid for this guy from Real Sociedad (sp? I don't care). I know nothing about him. Is he a Spanish regular? Is he any good? Does he like Joe Cole?

From what I've seen of him on Sky, he's a mix between Scholes (for the goals), and Muprhy (for the technical flair and ability).

Alonso is on bench for their upcoming friendly, maybe he's on the way...
I would cross-reference it with the Champ Manager 03/04 Test, but that'd require a CD I don't have and the time to play an entire season.
The PES3 test is probably the most accurate around today.
