Looking to achieve a box layout, center page. I don't want to use frames or iFrames, but I do want to define a specific height that can be bordered and scrolled within. However, it can, instead of scrolling, just continue to the side, in columns.

There's a blindingly obviuos answer to this, which doesn't require any form of frames what so ever...
Can anyone guess what this is yet?

iFrames are hacks and are not supported properly by many browsers.
Tis what I use...
Why not use an iframe?
