Looking to achieve a box layout, center page. I don't want to use frames or iFrames, but I do want to define a specific height that can be bordered and scrolled within. However, it can, instead of scrolling, just continue to the side, in columns.

Go and spend an hour learning CSS and finally learn how to make a website.

CSS? You sure you can define height in CSS?
iFrames are terrible. Horrible, horrible things. I want nice clean PHP, HTML and CSS. No horrible frames or iFrames that have different effects in different browsers.
I'm pretty sure you can't define height with tables either, only width.
