I'm making this thread for fans of EVERY club to Update us on your teams Friendly performances/results. This will possibly give us all an insight as to how your team are doing, and whether or not they can take that into their respective League performances.

Doesn't matter, Premiership or no premiership the fact is he has a better scoring record and all the other things I said that's better. If he isn't then please tell me how owens better at

1 scoring goal's
2 holding the ball
3 crossing(yes shearer can cross the ball as well)
4 using his head


cos he's not.

Owen is over rated and everyone knows it(unless your a Liverpool fan). Shearer's Better with his head, passing, holding the ball up and just a better player all together. 1 thing owens better at and that's pace.

Heh, fair point. Also, if Robert Huth had stamped on Mikey's package, then he wouldn't have got away with it Shearer-style. Stevie would have lamped Huth and the match would've turned into a big fight, the highlight of which would be Mikey launching himself horizontally across the area to nut Gudjohnsen.It'd end with John Terry trying to shake off the minute form of Vladimir Smicer, who would've attached his teeth to Terry's ankle.
