True, Shearer is better with his head. But Mikey is a superior player in every other aspect :)

In the case of Liverpool, "one" of those, isn't the right statement.
It was like one of those champo games were a half disappears and nothing hapened in the commentary.

*I didn't see the match, but*
Clearly a deluded scouser.

Thank God. Scream this statement over and over again until Ant finally realises Owen isn't a minature Shearer!
:)
Carlos Alberto scored in the 85th minute from an in-swinging free-kick to hand Benitez his first loss as Liverpool manager.
The match itself was very even; one in which last season, I wouldn't have gave Liverpool much hope of keeping up with. But this was end-to-end-stuff, and both sides had periods of dominance which yielded no goals.
The second half was a pretty drab affair, but still, both sides continues to create, and waste chances.
All in all, a defeat which I'd prefer to happen whilst it's meaningless, but I still wanted the win. We did play good though, and showed some bright spells. Cisse was good again, in the first half.
:)
It's being played in the Amsterdam Tournament. We have a very much weakened side, but Reyes and Robin VP are playing amongst others. We've allowed a couple of belgium league players to have a go in our side. Funny to see Cygan as captain :D Grow some damn hair you egg!
:D
But I had a friend who supported River Plate, so it adds some interest for me.
Sky Sports 1 now.
