I'm making this thread for fans of EVERY club to Update us on your teams Friendly performances/results. This will possibly give us all an insight as to how your team are doing, and whether or not they can take that into their respective League performances.

Liverpool 1 - 1 Roma (half time)

Delvecchio scored on 20mins, Cisse equalised on 30mins.

Newcastle 0 sporting Lisbon 1 well what can I say apart from dreadfull. A stunning Goal from Rodrigo Tello won it for lisbon on the day. Newcastle played poorly but don't really care as long as we win the opening game. As I was out last night I couldn't stick up for the Toon, but it seems I have people who've defended that cause already, well done. Lineker better than Shearer - good debate, as I grew up watching Lineker I find it hard to say, but given the choice out the 2 it has to be Shearer for his all round ability, remember lineker was was only a box player.

I have to agree with Scopey.

I liked how we played. Especially keeps, Hoyte and Ljungberg.

It did make me realise how much a force the young gun quick Ajax players are though.
