Villa were 2-1 down at half time and were without injured Angel.
Scorers for Villa:
Carlton Cole
Lee Hendrie
Gareth Berry
Stephen Moore
Luke Moore X 3
I'm telling you. Forget Rooney and Owen... the Moore brothers are coming.
The Village are still yet to win a game this pre-season after a 3-0 defeat against a strong and skilful Gloucester City side at Stafford Common on Friday night. The Gloucester players never put a foot wrong, and played exceptionally well, which shows how they reached the quarter-finals of last seasons English FA Trophy.
Who knows, Maybe Garden Village'll have to setle for a Uefa cup spot this year¿

Aw, you poor souls.
All I've read about is how tired are players apparently are; and how Cristiano Ronaldo has his heart set on defying his manager to play for Portugal in the Football Olympics; likewise with Heinze, who also looks likely to play for Argentina and miss the start to United's fresh campaign... :P
Nothing about the actual results, whatsoever! :(
(Bristol City did beat local minnow-rivals Clevedon Town 9-1 the other day though! ;D )

Don't think the matches have started yet. We have the first match against Celtic tonight in Seattle.
Our games are on ChelseaTv and yours are on MUTV, if oyu have that...
Do you honestly think I'd want to pay that kind of money each month for barely a handful of games maybe worth watching, once-a-year?!
:)
A 20 yard left footed cracker from Smertin. One for Eidur, and two for Kezman.
I must say, Kezman does look a quality player. Can't wait to see him banging in the goals in the premiership.
Robben looked good as well, and Cech looked very commanding.
Good performance, and pleased with the friendly.
