Ok, so most of us are around a PC all day, so how do you all keep fit?

Personally, I skip for 15-20 minutes every morning (no schoolgirl jokes Bullet) then I do 20 reps of 26kg barbell in the evening and 15 crouches with the same weight.

What does everyone else do?

Just use two chairs.

Feet on one, hands on the other, far enough apart for you to dip.

Do you know what a dip is?

How do I do dips with dumbells? I need to know because I only have access to a gym for about 30 minutes every monday, wednesday, and friday. Other than that I have to use dumbells, buecause thats all I have at home.

Dips for triceps and if you're not going for huge size just use body weight for pecs.

No, not with the weight you're doing. Slow the rep down, more stress on the muscle. If your body fat is low it just helps definition.

I know that much, but I need to know the work outs, like for biceps you do curls.

use a light weight, the mass doesn't matter if your doing it properly.
