Personally, I skip for 15-20 minutes every morning (no schoolgirl jokes Bullet) then I do 20 reps of 26kg barbell in the evening and 15 crouches with the same weight.
What does everyone else do?

Best dips are when you have two bars. One hand on each. Dip from straight arm on to 90 angle and back up.
