Ok, so most of us are around a PC all day, so how do you all keep fit?

Personally, I skip for 15-20 minutes every morning (no schoolgirl jokes Bullet) then I do 20 reps of 26kg barbell in the evening and 15 crouches with the same weight.

What does everyone else do?

to get one.

There are just 5 steps to getting broadband in your home.

Step 1
Check your postcode to make sure you can get Telewest services in your area.
If you are in area, you can order your services by signing up online, filling out a sales enquiry form or calling our sales team on 0800 953 5383. When you place your order, let us know an installation time that suits you and one of our expert engineers will come round.

Step 2
The engineer will connect your home to our fibre-optic cable network that runs along the street.

Step 3
Your computer will then be connected to the Telewest cable network through your new high speed cable modem. The cable modem converts the signals carried over the cable network into Internet protocol so your PC understands it.

Step 4
The network cable goes into your PC via a USB port at the back of your computer, which we will connect for you. If you do not have a free USB port you may need a Network Interface Card, which you will be able to buy from most high street computer shops, such as PC World. Check to see if you need a NIC with our broadband compatibility checker.

Step 5
The engineer then installs the blueyonder software onto your PC and provides you with a full user guide. And he’ll check that it is working correctly.

It’s as easy as that! Within 24 hours of being connected you will receive a welcome email from blueyonder and your online adventures can begin.
