Couple of minutes?! What's the average loading time for people using it?
(Incidently, the first time is longer, the .jar and .class files are cached after that)

The Chat page is working well!
Although it took the applet to kick in after a couple of minutes. So give it time to load.

No - as long as it is working.

Bit worrying - everything looks OK but nothing happens.

Well, you can try using the CGI client again, but we haven't had any other problems reported tonight.
