No i dont think there should be a chatroom.
I like the forums because you can read back and see what people have said before.
If your talking about having a chatroom replacing the forums then i say NO.
But if your talking abou a chatroom as just a extra then i suppose it wouldnt hurt.
I never use chatrooms anyway, i suppose you could say im on the fence.

2) Whisper to highlighted users (dotted speech bubble)

How do i whipser to it?
Sure, when you go in to the chat, there's a user called nickserv on the list on the right. Whisper to it "register yourpassword youremail" (without the ""). From then on, you need to whisper to nickserv "identify yourpassword" whenever you enter the room, or it will change your name to CCuser362 or something.
