Got the game yes**terday and so far I'm really enjoying it.
It's quite shallow but it's a lot of fun and that's what really counts. So far the missions have been more intres**ting and varied than GTA's, oh and did I mention the explosions?

Tons of s**tuff to do and a lot of secrets and things to find. If you like the sound of leveling cities with Nuclear Warheads and blowing sh*t up with tanks and all mannor of over the top weaponary then this game could be well for you.
Jus**t don't go expecting anything particuarly taxing on the mind.
Oh and flying the helicopters feels like a modern version of Desert Strike which is cool.

The demo was a souless charmless 'kill lots of badly animated terrorists' affair.

I have played the demo, was a lot of fun but whether I'd want to play for ages on end I somewhat doubt. Also, free-roaming doesn't seem half as fun as it does in GTA, but the missions on the demo were actually quite enjoyable, and there's a lot of explosions - yey!
