It is also frustrating beyond words, often truly ridiculous and is a cause of premature mental instability.
I love Football Manager '05
If you really want to test your FM skills though, try starting with a division 2 team AJ :)
I've just done HALF A SEASON with PSV and now I have to start all over again cause of my stupid dad.
ARGHISDHSHHD!!!!!
Still 2005. He was 23 at the time.
The other guy, Bovo, was 21 when I signed him.
Must be something to do with the patch that I'm being able to get these guys free when I should be paying for them.
When did you buy Santana? First season?

If you can get money for him, then you've got to go for it, sadly.
PSV have Cocu, Vogel, and quite a few others as well, though, so you should be all right. Also, Freddy Guarin is a fine replacement. :-)

I know it doesn't. I was aware that Bosmans were when players were allowed to leave on a free. But seeing as you are signing players who are currently set to leave under the Bosman ruling, then technically you are signing Bosman players. Ok, so they haven't confirmed whether or not they are leaving or not under the rule, but at the time you sign them that is the direction they are heading in. I've been following football long enough to know these things. :-)

Bovo and Santana are both under 24, and I signed them when their contracts were running out.
