Just for once, please, swallow your pride and speak with your mind and not your heart. The Portuguese were in your half for practically the whole match. They were the better team. It should not have been a goal - Terry clearly had his arm across Ricardo's shoulder, and was between Campbell who was attacking the ball, and Ricardo.
And as for the bloody expected "shut up, bitter Scotsman" crap - non. I say this regardless of my nationality. I've already said, I felt sorry for England. I really did. The first things I said to Tribute (whom was the first person I spoke to since the match) were things of commiseration.
> heh, see what ITV make of it. On now.
Just watching. It's going to be funny listening to good ol' Townsend.
If England hadn't sat back on their lead and played so negatively they probably wouldn't have ended up in the position where they needed to score so late on anyway.
Defeat isn't always someone else's fault.
Experts?!
AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.
Ian Wright'll be moist at the thought.

How do you work that out? It's not Terry's problem that Retardo cant rise as tall as Campbell can. He's got every right to be there just like the *experts* said.
Thing is, whether Terry's arm had been on his shoulder or not, it doesnt matter Retardo simply was getting as much elevation.
I play in goal every week for my team, i wouldnt feel agrieved (sp) if that had been allowed.

It takes time. Just let us rant for the next few days :P
You'll just have to accept it.

As for this, if you noticed, Terry was also attacking the ball. When you jump, you naturally fling your arms in the air. The keeper jumped into his arm and in no way did he push the keeper down. Terry has every right to be there and you have to see it was 100% a goal.

No, it *really* isn't fact.
