My personal view is that England will win.
I also think we stand a real chance of the title.
Feel free to pop this if we plummet out, but know that if you "diss" me and my "mamma" that I will pop it when we win.
The "lads" will come home to a heroes welcome even tho they were expected to win the title. Beckahm will be alll over the front pages, only to be kicked off by Wacko Jacko and his stripper sister.
IF you want engerland to do well u have top stop pressurising them to do well. Look wot happened to France in the World Cup (lol) same with Italy (damn). Same with Holland And Germany.
lets thump those Frogs good and hard!

So you'd rather have had another string of useless English managers who would have been as shocking as Hoddle and Venables? Good one.
Fact is, we needed a foreign manager after the October 2000 Wembley debacle. And it did the trick so i dont know what all the fuss is about.

If you didn't live about 300 miles away I'd agree to this bet. :-D
It's not right.

Doesn't matter who it was. 6-1 is a great scoreline for any team no matter who you're playing agaonst. Look at Germany and look how far they got in the World Cup.
-Like someone else said earlier, we had plenty more chances we should've scored - chances which any other team would have burried, full-stop.
A win is a win. Every team misses chances. Look how many chances Arsenal had last season and they still managed to win games and grab the Premiership unbeaten.
-David James is gonna be our No.1 whether you like it or not.
So he should be.
-Eriksson WILL play that "diamond" formation, I'm quite sure.
Not after seeing how we played against Iceland.
-Gerard and Lampard will be stupidly forced out-of-position.
-Wayne Rooney is not Thierry Henry!!
It's Euro 2004 not the Premiership. I'll bet you £10 Rooney scores more goals in Euro 2004 than Thierry Henry.
-Sol Campbell seems to be losing consistency fast and John Terry's still an uncertainty.
-We're too relient on David Beckham (but it's not in the same way as to how Arsénal are with Henry!).
Gerrard will be the star player for England. Beckham, Rooney and I think even Scoles will have a good tournement.

So, just because he's foreign it means he doesn't care? So by this logic you could say Arsene Wenger doesn't care about Arsenal because he's French. Doesnt quite work like that does it?
> The sooner we get rid of him, the better! :P
One competitive defeat in 3 and a half years and you want to get rid of him? Behave.
Just because he doesn't express passion and desire like a typical Kevin Keegan esq England manager does doesnt mean he doesnt care.
He's the best manager we've had since Robson - end of. BRIGN BAK KEEEGAANNN!!111111 omg.

Sven-Goran Eriksson DOESN'T CARE! He's Swedish, for Christ's sake!
Like many footballers today, he's only after one thing from this job - and that's the rediculous loads of money the FA seem happy to give him just because it makes them look "cool"! The media attention and restructuring of his once-falling career are bonuses too.
The sooner we get rid of him, the better! :P
