"Good to see we made an impact..."

Most of you probably don't know that I and others who I invited complained to Off Com about the then, forthcoming program by Derren Brown, when he conducted a live seance.

I purposely didn't urge anyone not to watch the program, as I thought this would only increase the chance people would watch it.

Anyway, good to see that we managed over 700 complaints in the end.

I just hope, nothing like this ever takes place on our screens again.

I think there are 4 christian channels now on Sky. I just love the adverts for products, reminds me of that South Park episode when Cartmen created a Christian rock group because christians will buy anything about Jesus.

And what about when he turned around and exposed it for a total load of rubbish and a hoax, no murders were committed and all the people they supposedly contacted were in fact, researchers.

Boy, ff, I bet you and all your peers felt *really* stupid. And were all 700 (a miniscule figure) complaints from your group of little do-gooders? I doubt it.

Heh. That's on my Favourite Channels on Sky; it's guaranteed to wind me up into a frenzy of anger at the simplistic, authoritarian, bigoted, hateful knobs of scumbutter every time...

I really dont want christians and other nuts telling me and television companies what I can and cannot watch. I'm suprised it hasnt been on tv at all, to me it didn't seem like a "oh no you can't do that" kind of thing.
