Their new songs and video are awesome, what do you'll who like Slipknot think. And for those of you that come in here just to badmouth them and attempt to sl*g us for liking them. . . pathetic.

Edgy's right, though.

Their masks are gay and they'll never be famous because they ain't good enough to write a decent song.

And another thing. Edgy has no knowledge of what Slipknot are about. When you watch interviews and read books you'll learn that the masks are not so people say 'There's that band thats famous for the masks'.

The masks are a symbol to show that it's not about being famous and having people know you for being big, it's about listening to the music and not caring what their expressions on thier faces are or how they do their hair. The masks block out the people and just leave the music.

If you don't like it so what, if we like it so what, wer'e not forcing you to listen to it.

True. I've had my faceoffs with a number of people like that over the years. Particularly one lass who didn't understand why I didn't like a metal band (can't remember who) she liked. That was a fun, and shouty, and throwy inanimate objects, argument (she's a *bit* of a psycho) :)

I hate "The Divine Comedy", and that's because I find the music insipid and weak. No doubt other people love it.
