i have more than enough work to do, i play instruments and pretty much all the other things you mentioned, but that's not the problem.

Well ive never been depressed so im sorry if that was offensive or anything. As i said its what my gran always says. Just thought it might be helpful but obviously not.

If you knew how difficult it is to do anything when you are depressed you wouldn't even have suggested that.

My gran always says that there was no such thing as depression in her day. Everyone was to busy to be depressed and that its all down to being lazy and board. I dunno how right she is but try doing something to take your mind off it. Get yourself a project to concentrate on. Learn to play an instrument, make a website, build a shed whatever. If it doesnt work at least you can play your mandolin in your shed while updating your site.
It will pass, i'm not down but i don't feel right at all, something is going to happen in the next month and it's not going to be good.
