Had to drive a 2.0 16v Turbo Ford Mondeo saloon. It's a huge car and has very bad vision out of the rear compared to what I'm used to driving.
Had to do the old reverse round a corner and turn in the road as well as driving for 35 minutes.
I passed, (of course), so now I can drive a police car at legal speeds. I am aloud to use my siren and lights to stop "compliant" drivers, but I can't do most stuff until I've done the 3-week course.

But, English, surely they'd teach me the basics? What if I'm off duty and see a purse snatcher dressed as an old lady take someone's wallet and hop onto a scooter, then I see a red sports car with the door open and the keys in the ignition? I wouldn't be able to hop in and chase him, driving through alleyways and sending cardboard boxes everywhere! He'd get away!
