Very weird to play this after Resi 4, I don't think you couldn't get two shooting games any more different from each other.
So far:
+ Lots of humour and little touches which made me smile
+ More Captain Ash
+ Looks and sounds alot better with alot more speech
+ The stats & character gallery are back, with some old favourites
+ Intimidatingly huge amount of Challenges etc. to do
+ Doesn't look like EA have messed around with FRD's game.
- Couple of framerate slowdowns
- Pathetically weak and short opening level (the demo level)
- I seem to be crap at Arcade league.
The opening Story Level is a let down, specially since the beginning of TSP2 threw you into the sublime Siberia level. But the next level is far better. And has Captain Ash who is hilarious :)
Oh, and in the extras section you can see the credits, which has Cortez going all Saturday Night Fever on a mirror-balled dance floor. The sign on the wall says "The Big Tipper". :D

FFS, I've only just completed story mode on easy (though I doubt I've been playing as often as you). Anyway, the last level was a bit too easy and the final cut scene was a bit of a let down, it was neither dramatic or funny. Still, it's an overall improvement on story mode from TS2.
It's too addicting.
I got a Gold in that Zany Zeppelin level too, Remote Mines are the way to go.

Can I have a 'P' please Bob? That post was poor in so many ways.

I found that not too bad, the Cow Carcass is a great character (in multi) aswell :D
Basically, you've got to try and shoot the carcasses that run before the others, otherwise they back you into a corner. When you get beyond the first few waves going behind a table will give you just enough time to beat 'em back a bit.
Carrion Carcass has a great Gallery comment : "Popular with the ladies, because he's so well hung" :D
Good 'ol TS :D

Mmm. Jo-Beth with duct tape over her mouth..
And Amy Chen is only nice when in her costume change :)

Is that the one in the Zeppelin?
That took me about 30 goes to get gold, really hated that challenge.
All your opponents seem to be over strong, you can hit them in the chest up close with 2 shotgun blasts and they're still standing. Doesn't help also that the majority of the weapons on the level suck balls, you're best off sticking with the pistols I found. Oh and you gotta love it when you spawn right over the other side of the level, takes an age to get back in the action.
Just been playing a bit of challenge mode. Managed to get a platinum in the first level where you have to decapitate the zombie monkeys. The next one though is an utter biatch, stupid cow carcass things keep battering the hell out of me because I keep backing into corners accidentally and get stuck.
Only in Timesplitters can you spend hours blwoing chunks out of BSE infected carcasses, in the kitchen of a haunted house.
Tis why I love Free Radical.

Oh great.. was quite hard anyway on easy or was I playing on normal by accident? At least I can visit Ms Jo Beth again and Amy Chen again :p

If it's half as good as the Xbox version then it's godly.
