Mine came earlier, just been playing it until it crashed my Cube (which hasn't happend in about a year, but never mind).

Very weird to play this after Resi 4, I don't think you couldn't get two shooting games any more different from each other.

So far:

+ Lots of humour and little touches which made me smile
+ More Captain Ash
+ Looks and sounds alot better with alot more speech
+ The stats & character gallery are back, with some old favourites
+ Intimidatingly huge amount of Challenges etc. to do
+ Doesn't look like EA have messed around with FRD's game.

- Couple of framerate slowdowns
- Pathetically weak and short opening level (the demo level)
- I seem to be crap at Arcade league.

The opening Story Level is a let down, specially since the beginning of TSP2 threw you into the sublime Siberia level. But the next level is far better. And has Captain Ash who is hilarious :)

Oh, and in the extras section you can see the credits, which has Cortez going all Saturday Night Fever on a mirror-balled dance floor. The sign on the wall says "The Big Tipper". :D

3 characters left to unlock.

For getting gold in Honorary, Elite And Challenges

I only need one more Honorary Gold, teh one where you're Hans agaisnt two teams of 3, and you need 30 kills in 3 minutes for a gold.

As soon as I start getting near, the enemies disappear and I run over 3 minutes.

They've always maintained the Goldeneye multiplayer was tacked on as an afterthought.

Pfft. I've only done the first three arcade challenges and have just beaten the Khallos' Train level.

But then again, I've been in multiplayer a lot of the time. That's the way TS was really meant to be played. Just like Goldeneye.

I think it's harder to be honest. I still haven't done the mission in the honorary league where you have to do zones in the space station.

It's a hell of a lot easier than TS2.

I've been playing for about 24 hours.

That's only about 4 hours a day.

It hasn't even been out for a week yet. You have to stop playing, try going to sleep or something like that.

Yeah, there's a jeep in the Siberia level (in multiplayer anyway).

Plus Arcade is much better than the single player. Although I do like Khallos' Train level, even if it is a complete rip off of the Train in Goldeneye.
