Pretty sweet RPG so far, only a couple of hours in. Haven't quite seen why so many people have been fapping like porn monkeys over it yet but have been told by plenty you are no-where near scratching the surface of it yet (which I can believe by the sheer size of it so far).
Chose to be a Dwarf in the end, a Warrior Dwraf with possibly the ugliest face ever. Kicks ass in battle, spent ages at the opening of Dragonmaw fighting the wolves and troggs to level up a bit. One thing that is decent is that everyone who I have come across so far has been pretty helpful and not even slightly c*ck faced.
Interface is sweet, the layout was easy enough to get to grips with after the initial "this is just one area, wtf?!". The environments make Lisa Riley's mu*f saddle looking like a toddler's paddling pool.
Controls are easy, the magic areas aren't even slightly geeky from what I have come across so far, just drag it onto the bar and click it when you need it. Haven't really bought much yet but that too seems simple enough to use and from what I gather it nails other MMORPG's for its less geeky approach. For a first time MMORPG'er' I have founs it fack easy to get into and nothing like what I expected (only in a good way though).
Visually it is sweet, the soundtrack is awesome, the presentation is spot on etc etc *fap fap*
Wish I didn't have work tomorrow but life's a b*tch!
I went to the Auction House this morning...finally got a really really coooool hat. Not only does it look good, its specs are great!
Pro Evo - managed to get to Ironforge in the end, reaaaaally long journey so I made sure I learnt every weapon class going. Should have saved up some more silver though to kit myself out with all new armour but will go back after I have levelled up a bit more. Wetlands were pretty decent and after that it was pretty jaw dropping to be honest, absolutely stunning game environments, the scope is incredible, utterly orgasmic.
I was getting bored of games in general but this is just incredible, never played anything like it, it has taken over my life for the time being.
Wow, I got 53, and I probbly got more CP than you.
'Honour' is one thing most people don't have. Today, not one enemy took me on in a straight fight. They waited for me to be attacked, or in the case of one mage, who I gleefully owned later, saw me, waved, ran off and brought another level 39 with him.
Yay. I still kicked his butt, him being 3 levels higher than me and all :D
Ive stopped asking to be invited into the raid groups now, sharing points among 30+ people has got to hurt.
Most of mine have been in groups so I'm not going to end up with an awful lot of points at the end, hopefully when people realise this as well, things will calm down a little.
I got 5 honour points there.
I killed 5 lv 24-29 Orcs raiding some place.
I laughed, danced and logged off.
As Sheepy will testify, I got annoyed today. Shame I took sweet nourishing HOT revenge on the f**king morons. Ahahahahaha, Priests kick ass in PvP.
Oh and Whitestripes is famous. I was in SGV and someone was blabbering about Tarren Mill - 'all the big Hordes were there! Mist, Storm, Ramirez!'
I chuckled, and then pnwed some lvl 29 idiot because he attacked me when I was attacking a mob. Like they always do.
Oh and just now, running past Hammerfall, after my sweet victories over the evil scum that have no honour at all, an Orc Hunter chased me - I saw him start, so I was all shielded and renewed etc. I turned and blew half his face off, and then suddenly, 3 level 40 alliance appeared over the hill.
I cried for him, then finished him off.
must. play. warcraft.
226 HKs and counting.
I've only killed about one guy myself though. I fired an arrow or two then mmy raid group finished them. Woohoo, my number is high.
