It'll be interesting to see this. It'll also be good to see how Moore copes with it.
If he's only in it for the money wouldn't he have packed up and gone home by now? It's seems that he believes in/enjoys what he's doing so it's a little nieve to suggest he's just in it for the money.

I have to admit though, I find he does put forward a pretty biased view at times. I guess it's understandable, but it does mean you have to take some of his work with a pinch of salt.
In that respect, I suppose it could be positive that someone's stepping up to challenge him - provided this film forces Moore to step up the quality of his own work, rather than marginalising him.
Who knows - maybe we'll see a Biggie & Tupac style war of documentaries? :^D
However, the title, 'Moore Hates America', my heart sinks - yet more mongs pursuing political agendas by using phoney nationalism as the string to direct a bunch of puppet people.
I could be wrong, but the signs are all there.
Side note: Belldandy, have you read/watched much of Moore's stuff yet?
i didn't think Moore was blaming the bus ride to work, to my mind he was blaming the fact that the kid had access to firearms and backing it up by saying that lack of parental supervision didn't help. That would make more sense given that the whole movie is about guns.. not transport methods in government programs.
I can forgive a few 'creative' film-making techniques here and there as long as the message is mainly undiluted.
(For the record, I've only ever seen Bowling for Columbine, haven't seen any of his other films or read any of his books, but I plan to. However, I'm fully aware of his work and the allegations levelled against him. This is just a pre-emptive statement before Belldandy soils his nappy in disgust.)

Ah, I see. I know what you mean; I find the same about George Monbiot. He's excellent, but I struggle to get through the books confortably.
