Whatever.

Anyways, can you tell me what the difference between an Intel Celeron and a Pentium 4 processor is please?

I want to buy a laptop, and was thinking of one of these two.
The bottom one is like a hundred quid more and I want to know if it's really worth it for an extra 10 gig on the hard drive and a pentium 4 thingy whatsit.

So is it really really really worth it?

I have a Centrino processor in my laptop and games work great on there, but it is pricey.

I personally wouldn't go for a Celeron, known to have a lot of long term problems with them and it's basically a cheap and cheerful processor.

AMD tend to be reasonable in cost and performance so id go for that if you're looking for something cheaper than the Pentium 4 range.

Alienware stuff is generally overpriced.

Are you going to get it from SR? This place I found sells the one you want £20 cheaper but one of their other models, more appealing features than even your second option and is only £740 - They sell 27 variations so I guess you just buy the one that suits you best.

That Area 51m Extreme is sweeet.

I wouldn't use it enough to justify the cost though :(

Best go for the 15" instead of 17", unless you're using it for extensive graphics work; playing games on a laptop with a higher resolution (to match the screen size) is rather straining on the card.
