Which console do you think is the best?I'd say PS2!

The best console by far was the SNES. Anyone who was around in those halcyon days will remember the stunning games such a Mario World and Super Mario Kart. Never before were games that enchanting to me. They had a magic not realised in today's saturated market.

But then Nintendo followed it up with the N64 and the utterly amazing Goldeneye. The game that I played more than any other in my whole life.

Oh and by the way, I remembered something, you said Shenmue created a gnere, can you tell me what was it ?

Virtua tennis-Pro evo 3 sold A LOT more
Shenmue-Millions of people will write petitions if Final Fantasy was stopped, but that won't happen, because it's too successful to stop.
MSR-Legally, the GT series is the most famous and most successful
Maybe you got ff and mgs, but you don't seem to understand anything from them.

Virtua Tennis - big seller, strong resale value
Shenmue - 35,000 or so people have signed a petition for the third one to be released
MSR = Metropolis Street Racer, the forerunner of Project Gotham Racing series. Legal issues meant they needed a new name for it.

Of course I've got FF7 and 8 and MGS. But there are better games than them out there.

In terms of console quality it's the Xbox, and in terms of games it's deffinitely the ps1, obviously non of you has ever played FF7 or 8 or mgs1, maybe mgs1 but deffinitely not FF.

Although, nothing could quite compare to when I first played Goldeneye.

Absoloutely hooked.

I'd had a SNES, but the N64 took me into new gaming pleasures. The Cube's just got better and better.

Xbox is alright.....Live will improve it.

There are many more all for Dreamcast.

In most cases it is, and I can't see anything speacial about the dreamcast. All the good games on it are not the best in their gnere.

Most successful is not the greatest though.
