It was a 1-1 draw you fool.

Don't you mean 'Unlikely'

-------------

The way things stand United will be without Silvestre (twisted ankle & Knee), G.Neville is now being banned for 4 games after his red and further yellow card today and with Rio not there either, we will soon have a makeshift defence and a depleted midfield as Scholes also face a 3 match ban and i'd expect Keane to be thrown into Central Defence.

Winning a trophy this season? let's try to no conceded a goal first then we'll take it from there. With the way things are at the moment, I don't see us winning anything this season.

You've got to remember that teams can slip up badly at this stage of the season, like United did in 1997/8, ultimately losing out to Arsenal after squandering a massive lead.

But if they don't win the Premiership this year, United may well look towards the FA Cup or Champions Cup for silverware, both of which seem quite likely.

Leeds have returned to the bottom of the premiership though...

But a win against United despite not having class players Viduka and Robinson is very impressive.

Go on leeds one more win takes you clear of the relegation Zone.

United are gonna have to win at Highbury for sure now to stand a chance. Kinda like when Newcastle were trying to go the whole season with a 100% home record a few seasons back.

But remember its only 2 1/2 slips up utd are behind arsenal. Arsenal's morale could be severly dented by a cup exit (fa or europe) having a severe effect on thier league performances. You never know whats around the corner.

Maybe. But after last season, I don't think many will be shouting about it in public.

Fools if they do.

Let's not be silly about this.

Congrats to Arsenal. The Title is well and trully on the way to Highbury - even the most die hard Gooner must admit that Arsenal will be too difficult to catch now.

United seemed to be stuck in a rut at the moment and I see no improvement in their play untill our defence is sorted out and Fergie decides to stop playing around with our lineup.

Roy Keane rested after a week off and Saha too, Butt is well out of form yet he plays and to top it all off Scholes is stuck out on the left wing and Kleberson chucked upfront. Silvestre got injured too, so Wes Brown came on with his usual pathetic defending.

Porto must be laughing.

7 points and - what? - 11 games left?

Too early to say.

If we're 7 points clear when there are only 2 games left, I'll believe we're champions. Not until then, though.

Don't think we should get over complacent yet, but you could see at the end of the game when we huddled how different and more determined we are as a team.
