Surely these two muppets should have gone too! Bloody gooners. They both raised thier hands to Anelka and should have gone.

A scouser making a hair joke. Oh the irony :-D
Just saying he *looked* to be worth the money.

But he looks to have good feet, he is very quick, and - but for a good save from Calamity - would have had his first goal.
Time will tell, but he certainly looked promising.

henry's goal was (and i quote) , "awesome... a tracer bullet". goal of the month contender next to johnson's. it was one of those that went straight having bent both ways a little.
as for the reyes comment... mmm? im fully behind him and he looked good with what he did, but i think it would be poor to judge him after 20 ish minutes. stick him in a couple of full matches, then everyone can say he's the greatest thing since sliced bread:D
Anelka tugs Cole back. Cole pushes him off.
Anelka raises both hands to Cole's head, pushes him "forcibly" (a term the FA like to use) backwards. I'm not surprised it was a red card, but at the same time I think it was a little harsh. Not exactly a punch, was it?
Cole did nothing wrong. His booking was for walking off with the ball, nothing else.
Edu... could be seen either way. You can say he was defending a team-mate, or you can say he raised his hands. But whatever you see it as, it wouldn't have happened had Anelka not raised his hands as he did. He claims he was elbowed, but the replay clearly showed he wasn't.
The rest was all the other players of both teams trying to break it up. Another nothing incident which I'm sure will be singled out by the press and blown out of all proportion.
One thing I am certain of though - this time, the blame does NOT lie with Arsenal.
Lauren had a 4-match ban for raising his hands. Be interesting to see if Anelka gets the same.
But that Henry goal, eh? A worthy match-winner! :-) And Reyes looked to be worth every penny.
But, by the same standard, I don't think Anelka should have gone either; both sets of players had sorted it out amicably, and a Yellow card for each would have sufficed.
When Anelka got sent off, even Cole looked agreived with the ref.
Bad referring I think.
