Following on from that 'what is worst news' topic, i've just come up with something rather interesting.

Given a choice of only these 6, which would you prefer?

Death by Heat? (fire n' stuff)
Death by Cold? (snow, ice)
Death by Drowning?
Death by Suffocation?
Death by 10-Ton weight?
Death by Firing Squad? (shotgun up the nostril)

My answer is death by firing squad. Quick, no-nonsense, plus to get a death sentence like that I'd have had to have done something rather fun!

when I said 'mass ant squad' and 'hippo', they were merely suggestions, not choices.

You can have anything, from being slapped to death by cheeky monkeys, or being ripped apart by lions?

Mass ant squad - A tickling sensation followed by a series of sharp prods and small bites. Once the ants have scrapped off enough skin they begin to go deeper, the pain will get more painful as they go down. They will reach the blood level and some will drown in your own blood right in front of your eyes. After the blood has gone they will burrow into your nerves, causing a series of nervous twitches to happen and limbs flying around randomly, very painful. After you can't feel anything they then eat away all they can manage. They go for your eyes, popping a few blood vessels in the eye causing you to go blind and stumble around, then they eat everything else left.

Marks out of pain: Very Painful.

***

A hippo - Giant jaws open and closing quickly, crushing your body into a pancake, blood spewing out of the hippo's mouth staining the water around, the pain should only last a few minutes though. Once the hippo has crushed your skull and the brain inside you will feel nothing more.

Marks out of pain: Ouch and then ahh...

***

I don't know if I want either...

Loopy, F off.

ANYWAY, yeah - being eaten by an animal is, I should imagine to be the most painful option.

Let's add that to the list, eh?

Morally correct, but terribly excruciating:

Being eaten by an animal - you choose which one.

Mass ant squad?
A hippo?

Definitely the firing squad. Unless with the heat you might pass out beforehand. But it would still hurt. Bah, I don't know.

What about a 7th option, of being eaten (whether eaten alive or chewed to pieces) by animals? The circle of life, the ultimate payback for destroying their world so we can be forgiven by being eaten?

other than that drowning will surfice.

Now i didn't know that.

How does that work?

Do you just kick into 'survivors instinct' mode and ignore your commands to stay under?
