Hello - Webserver 7 (normal hosting) is currently unavailable to HTTP and FTP.

Please let me know if you need a Support Ticket raised.

Thanks in advance...

Sigh why always me lol :(

Me and Moto were chasing this like every 30 minutes on Monday, but was a lot bigger than we could possibly know at the time.

I know Butch is doing your ticket Hmmm.... so fear not, it will be resolved by him shortly! (Confidence)

Just to update you - the situation above hasn't changed for me.

NB. I have 'CGI' fixed for one site, I've replied to your ticket with my other accounts that also need correcting.

Thanks.

We believe we have found the cause of the CGI issue. If you could please send in a Support Request with details of your domain name I will attempt to push through this fix for you.

Fairly certain we have now found a resolution to the sites that are still not working, all pages that have successfully been uploaded should be up-and-running again within 30-45 minutes. There should be no need to change servers for your site as advised yesterday.

I can see your CGI ticket now and will use that as an example for whatever checks need to take place.

Morning.
I was just updating this when a reply to my CGI ticket [153234] also came in. I've replied to that.

I notice all the working servers have a reference within htdocs to cgi-shl but none of my broken server 7 site have it - could this be part of my CGI problem?

EDIT: Just seen your reply ButhML.
One of my sites hasn't recovered (403's) via ticket I was told to move it to another server yesterday - shall I wait while you investigate further???

It has come to our attention that some sites on web7 are still not displaying correctly even after being re-uploaded, this is being investigated as we speak.

No other reports of CGI issues on that server yet though, however I (or someone I nab hold of) will give that a look into also.

p.s. Warhunt, whilst back at work today, will be kept away from the server :) Besides, he has other things to busy himself with!

...could you also check out the CGI directory on my hmmm.ip3.co.uk site?

I've just tried uploading a lost script and it doesn't seem to be working (the cgi-shl directory) normally.

Thanks again. Let me know if you need more details.

EDIT: Just tried FTPing a CGI script to one on my lost 'paid for' sites and also get a 404 failure for files in the cgi-bin.

So either I've completely lost the plot (quite possible at this stage!!!) or there is still an outstanding issue.

PS. Please don't leave Warhunt on his own again! ;¬)

Hi - it looks like I had 7 sites on webserver 7.

All seem to be 'coming back' ok after restoring the files, but one.

I've raised Ticket 153229 could someone please reply to that when you have a chance to let me know what I'm missing?

I'm receiving a 403 error even though an index page does exist.

Thanks.
