"Do U Think the PS2 is still the best"

Ever since th ps1 came out sony have always lead the way in terms of sales, popularity, and graphics. But ever since Microsoft released it's XBOX there has been some competition, not just graphicly wise but poulartiy. Do u think the PS2 has to worry about the XBOX overtaking it or does it have to worry about overtaking it.

Not at first, but as it steadily got better games it managed to top the quality charts eventually.

Then, the GameCube became better than it, and now the Xbox. As it stands today:

GameCube
Xbox
PS2
Dreamcast

All in my opinion of course.

You can import it easily enough or play the better PC version.

But I mean, over in the U.K, gamecube doesn't have "winning eleven"... does it?

Owned 2, one had to be fixed twice, know 3 others who have had to replace their PS2's at least once. Can only speak from experience and who I have talked to but its a shoddy piece of manufactoring.

Pro Evo is on the PC and is on the Gamecube in Japan as Winning Eleven.

O,K, I'll give you MGS, but FF10 and 10-2 are still PS2 exclusive, GTA3 and Vice City STARTED OUT as PS2 exclusives and yes, Sonic is multiformat, but PS2 is bringing in that name that was never associated with Sony before. As far as I' aware (although we've seen the out of date info I get) Jak and Dax are still PS2 exclusives, as is PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER, which is the best football game to date.
