Ello. does anybody know what that phrase is that's said when somebody is arrested. it's something like "you are under arrest for blah blah. you have the right to remain silent, everything you do say may be given in evidence" and i'm sure there is something about harming your defence but hey. It's really random but i'm really curious..

"I am arresting you on suspicion of (blah) you have the right to remain silent anything you say OR DO will be given in evidence and may harm your defence."

Isn't it something like -

I'm arresting you on suspicion of (whatever) you have the right to remain silent, but anything you say may be used as evidence against you, blah blah blah.

Then something about relying on stuff in court. I can't remember. I've seen The Bill a thousand times, and was even arrested once myself, but I can't remember it exactly.
