Who do you guys or gals think is worse overall in terms of murdering and various atrocities throughout the past century?, the Irish paramilitaries (the IRA), America, Japan or N.Korea? Its just I was ahving a discussion with a few of my friends yesterday and they seemed to think that I was ignorant beacuse I didn't think the IRA were as bad as America.

Face what? I mentioned vietnamese suicides once i was challenged by the insane bartender for figures, I did not specifically talk about veteran suicides, I wanted to talk about the horrors which were suffered by the vietnamese by the americans, the rapes, tortures and murders not suicides, the suicide discussion was something seperate not the main topic as for being wrong you ahve only mentioned one source, as have I, so here is another link which has much less death figures for the American deaths as a result of combat.

Face what? You were talking about American veteran suicides.

Why didn't you mention about the vietnamese suicides? why didn't you mention the total figure of Vietnamese deaths? predjudiced are we?

The most you will probaly find about the american suicides is about 150,000 to 200,000 at the most, the rest you will have to find out by books at your library or you could keep digging (or hacking as may be the case)on the net.
