PSP's wi-fi ability will be limited from launch, Nintendo plan an X-box style full scale service.
But does 'this year' mean late December? And let PSP have worldwide Wi-Fi domintation for 3 months?
Sony have let Ninty have a head start by postponing PSP launch over here so long, they should get their asses in gear and make the most of it.
Now Nintendo can release some christmas games and new DS colours away from the launch of the PSP.
plus a wave of console buyers who were a bit slower on the uptake.
Or perhaps they just want to leave themselves room to slide, create a little more anticipation and stuff...
Mind you, the PSP should have a strong enough launch line up too, I think sony are capable of carrying hype for a little longer than Nintendo, maybe even continuing to build it up, after launch has happened.
