There's a horrible pain in my chest, hurts in my heart area everytime I breathe in. What's that?! Been there for an hour. An hour of sharp pains everytime I breathe in!! :( *cries*
Ok, I think I repeated myself a couple of times. Never mind.
It won't be anything to do with running will it? I went running at 6ish this morning and it was like it yesterday morning too.. Maybe I'm just unhealthy, who knows.
*cries*

Loosen your bra…
Ok, serious face on now. Could be many things. Do you go running very often? Have you only recently started going? These things could affect it.
Do you, or have you been drinking excessive amounts of alcohol or caffeine recently?
Diet, what’s that like?
Too many things that could affect it. Too early in the morning to write them all down.
The only thing that would concern me at all is the length of time you say you have been having it for. Are you exaggerating?

Heh. You sound like a Doctor. Since.. um.. Friday or so.

Yes. I drink it everyday, every hour.

Fine.

No.
Anyhoo. The pains are fading now, the chest is just tight. It's like.. I'm not breathing properly, if that makes sense. Like I'm using my 'outside' to breathe. No.. that doesn't make sense.
Anyhoo. Good morning, Bloke. ;)
Did you warm up and down properly, stretching? When I first started exercising I pulled an intercostals muscle, that hurt a lot, especially when breathing.
Were you wheezing at all after you finished? Again, when I first started and wasn’t particularly fit my recovery time was poor, and my lungs would be hurting after I had finished. The fact I have hayfever, which can have the same symptoms as asthma sometimes.
Just don't worry about it.

Hehheh, I don't believe in warming up! :p
Bet it must've been murder for you having to do all that police training..
So.. you can be training and stuff and start having problems with your hayfever even if it's not that 'time of the year', kinda thing?
No worries, then!
> Also, what the hell kind of time do you go to bed and wake up?
Um.. I don't. :D
see how you are in an hour or two - if the pain persists I suggest seeing a doctor. if it goes away then I'd forget about it for now. Like EB says you may have over-exerted yourself or pulled a muscle.
either way try not to worry too much about it.

Yeah, it’s just more prominent in the summer.

Tut-tut, silly girl. Stretching is very important, blah-blah. Seriously, some stretching is good exercise in it's own right.

Nah, police standards are so low and I like to exercise in my own time any way.
See?
*Flexes*
Why have you started running?
