If you can read then I suggest expanding onto basic English in your posts, you know, capital letters, full stops, apostrophe, comma, the things which make typing that little bit easier to read.

Really? The main diseases most have are the ones associated with poverty and deprivation, as in the things we can treat with tablets, pills and just decents levels of nutrition. Some have more serious diseases like AIDS, but unless you're stupid you'll have seen that disease is a worldwide problem.

I think it's not so much a case of they can't solve crimes or find people, more that the resources are not seen as worth expending to do so in many cases.
We can track people from a high earth orbit and read the book they have in front of them, we have forensic techniques which can link a person to a crime in the smallest of ways, but we don't have the time nor money to do this every single time.

I think it's not so much a case of they can't solve crimes or find people, more that the resources are not seen as worth expending to do so in many cases.
We can track people from a high earth orbit and read the book they have in front of them, we have forensic techniques which can link a person to a crime in the smallest of ways, but we don't have the time nor money to do this every single time.
